1. 服务用途 / Purpose

旅算提供汇率换算、费用估算、汇率关注和旅行预算工具。服务为信息与计算工具，不构成金融、投资、税务或法律建议。

TripRate provides exchange-rate conversion, fee estimates, rate watchlists, and travel-budget tools. It is an informational calculator, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. 汇率与估算 / Rates and estimates

汇率为来自第三方数据源的市场中间价参考值，可能延迟、缺失或与实际成交价不同。费用和预算结果取决于你输入的数据。交易前请向银行或兑换机构确认。

Rates are mid-market reference values from third-party sources and may be delayed, unavailable, or different from actual settlement rates. Fee and budget results depend on your inputs. Confirm material transactions with your bank or exchange provider.

3. 账号与合理使用 / Accounts and acceptable use

你应对账号凭证保密，不得使用服务进行违法活动、干扰服务、规避安全限制或自动化滥用。如有必要，我们可以限制严重违反本条款的账号。

Keep account credentials confidential. Do not use the service unlawfully, disrupt it, bypass security controls, or automate abusive traffic. We may restrict accounts that materially violate these terms.

4. 可用性与责任 / Availability and liability

我们会努力保持服务稳定，但不保证不间断、无错误或所有数据始终可用。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对基于估算结果作出的交易或旅行决策承担间接损失。

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from travel or transaction decisions based on estimates.
